RAJAR Q3 2025 — Latest Industry Data

DAB is Scotland's Radio Platform of Choice

77% of all UK radio listening hours are now digital, with DAB the dominant platform across Scotland. Nationally, 50 million adults listen to radio every week, and 66% of households own at least one DAB radio. For advertisers, DAB audiences are highly engaged and loyal — listeners average over 14 hours per week on commercial radio. Scotland has one of the highest rates of DAB adoption in the UK, making ROCK.SCOT's coverage areas exceptionally well-placed for digital growth.
