Our submissions form exists for artists. If you represent one, this page is for you.
ROCK.SCOT is a DAB station built around Scotland's rock scene, with a particular commitment to unsigned and unrepresented bands. Our form is the front door for those artists. A bulk submission from an agency with no prior contact takes a slot from a band who has nobody working on their behalf, which is why representative submissions go through a different route.
Use the same form, but select "I manage or represent this artist" or "I work for a PR / plugging agency". You'll be asked for your agency details, the artist's own email address, confirmation of written authorisation, and a short note on what you can offer beyond the track.
These submissions are held for partner review rather than passing straight to our presenters. Submissions sent through the artist route by a representative are not considered.
Registered partners get a monthly submission quota, a named contact at the station, and a straight answer either way. There is no charge. What we ask for in return costs nothing but a conversation:
None of this is pay-for-play. We don't sell airtime on our music shows, and playlisting is decided by our presenters on the strength of the track. Any commercially sponsored content is credited on air as Ofcom requires.
